Job Title: Tiktok Shop Manager
Schedule: 9AM - 5PM EST - Monday to Friday
Rate: $6/hour
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative TikTok Shop Manager to lead our TikTok commerce strategy, drive sales growth, and build a strong brand presence on the platform. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in TikTok, with a strong understanding of its algorithm, trends, and content strategies, as well as hands-on experience in managing TikTok Shop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, pricing, and promotions
- Develop and execute short-form video content strategies to drive engagement and conversions
- Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok Ads campaigns (Spark Ads, In-Feed Ads, etc.)
- Analyze performance metrics (views, CTR, conversion rate, GMV) and continuously optimize campaigns
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, and viral formats to create high-performing content
- Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and affiliates to scale reach and sales
- Oversee content calendar and ensure consistent posting aligned with brand voice
- Work closely with creative teams to produce engaging, conversion-driven videos
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth
- Manage TikTok Shop backend including order flow, customer inquiries, and campaign performance
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in TikTok marketing, social commerce, or e-commerce management
- Proven track record of growing TikTok accounts and driving sales via TikTok Shop
- Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm, trends, and content virality
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager and performance marketing
- Experience creating or directing high-performing short-form video content
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing TikTok Shop for e-commerce brands (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, etc.)
- Familiarity with influencer/affiliate marketing strategies
- Experience using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing software
- Background in digital marketing, media buying, or growth marketing
