About the role
We are a premium mobile advertising studio producing high-impact Rich Media ad formats for luxury and lifestyle brands. We're looking for a talented Motion Designer & Creative Developer based in the Philippines to join our team on a long-term, full-time freelance basis.
You'll craft stunning, interactive mobile ad experiences — vertical video ads, shoppable units, gamified formats, 360° experiences, and social-amplified creatives — for top-tier global brands across fashion, automotive, beauty and finance.

What you'll be working on

Vertical video ads (9:16, ¾ screen) with motion and branded storytelling
Interactive Rich Media formats: Shake-to-reveal, Gamification, 360° video, Content Unlocking
Shoppable and Store Locator ad units with live API feeds
Social amplification formats: Instagram Look-alike, Live Insta Feed, Influencer AMP, Instant Facebook
Custom scroll and animation display units from print/photography assets
In-ad Playlist, Chat Bot, and Content AMP experiences
AI-assisted video creation (Runway, Kling, Sora) integrated into ad production workflows

What we're looking for

3–5+ years of experience in motion design, Rich Media or digital advertising creative
Strong portfolio of premium brand mobile ad creatives (luxury, fashion, automotive a plus)
Proficiency in: After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with HTML5 Rich Media ad production (GWD, Celtra, or similar platforms)
Familiarity with AI video generation tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora) — a strong plus
Eye for luxury aesthetics: typography, pacing, colour, premium brand tone
Fluent English — able to receive and action creative briefs independently
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working across time zones
