I am the founder of Onwards Capita, a fractional CFO and finance execution firm helping SMEs improve cash visibility, working capital discipline, and short-term financial control.
I am hiring one disciplined outbound SDR / appointment setter based in the Philippines to help me generate qualified meetings.
This is not a strategy role.
This is not a closing role.
This is not a content-writing role.
I will provide:
• the target personas
• the outreach strategy
• the message scripts
• the one-pagers / sales material
• the qualification logic
Your role is to execute with discipline:
• identify the right targets
• run outbound on LinkedIn and cold
• follow up consistently
• manage replies and booking flow
• keep the CRM and tracking clean
Scope split
• 80% of your work: outreach to SME founders / decision-makers for a cash control / liquidity offer
• 20% of your work: outreach to accounting firm partners in Singapore and Malaysia for an early-stage pilot offer
What you will do
• Build and verify targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other approved tools
• Identify decision-makers in our target markets and ICPs
• Run structured outbound sequences across:
o LinkedIn connection requests and follow-ups
o cold
• Manage responses and keep communication professional, concise and accurate
• Handle basic replies using our pre-approved frameworks
• Escalate nuanced conversations to me
• Push qualified prospects to book a 10–15 minute intro call on my calendar
• Keep records clean in our CRM / tracker
• Report clearly on:
o prospects added
o touches sent
o positive replies
o meetings booked
o meetings held
o pipeline quality

You will conduct LinkedIn outreach from your own professional profile and use a company
Ideal profile
You are a good fit if:
• You have real experience booking B2B meetings through LinkedIn and cold
• Your written English is strong and professional
• You are comfortable reaching out to founders, partners, recruiters, and senior decision-makers
• You know how to research and target properly instead of blasting low-quality lists
• You are organized, responsive, and reliable
• You understand CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline
• You do not need hand-holding every day
Strong advantage if you have
• Experience in B2B SaaS, financial services, consulting, accounting, or high-ticket services
• Experience prospecting Singapore, Malaysia, or US-based businesses
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools
Contract structure
• initial 4-week paid test engagement
• 20–25 hours/week
• If performance is strong, this will become a longer-term retainer
Compensation
• Base during 4-week trial: $400–$600/month equivalent, depending on experience, quality, and availability
• Hours: roughly 20–25 hours/week to start
• Bonus: $30 for each qualified meeting held
• Bonus: $200 for each SME client you sourced that signs and pays the first invoice
• Bonus: $30 for each qualified accounting firm partner meeting held
• Bonus: $300 when an accounting firm enters into a formal pilot contract discussion
