About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Amazon E-Commerce Administrator / Virtual Assistant to manage core Seller Central operations alongside broader multi-channel e-commerce support.
This role is critical to ensuring:
- Amazon listings are accurate and optimised
- Orders and operations run smoothly
- Customers are supported effectively
- Marketplace performance standards are consistently met
You must have hands-on, practical experience inside Amazon Seller Central, especially with flat files, listing troubleshooting, and suppressed listings.
This is a detail-driven, execution-focused role requiring independence, precision, and strong operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Listings & Catalogue Management
- Build, edit, and upload flat files for all products (including parent-child variations)
- Resolve listing issues not fixable via the standard Seller Central interface
- Troubleshoot and fix suppressed, broken, or inactive listings using flat files
- Create new Amazon listings from scratch with full compliance
- Manage image uploads, image ZIP files, and video content
- Maintain structured organisation of all listing and content files
Multi-Channel E-Commerce Operations
- Manage and maintain product listings across Amazon, Shopify, eBay, TikTok, and Temu
- Ensure pricing, promotions, stock levels, and product data are accurate across all platforms
- Assist with new product setup and marketplace updates
Promotions, Coupons & Deals
- Implement coupons, vouchers, and promotions exactly as provided
- Ensure all deals are set up correctly and go live without errors
- Double-check promotions for accuracy and marketplace compliance
Order Management & Customer Support
- Monitor and resolve order issues (cancellations, refunds, fulfilment discrepancies)
- Handle customer service queries with timely and professional responses
Account Health & Monitoring
- Monitor Account Health notifications daily
- Maintain marketplace performance metrics and policy compliance
- Identify, log, and escalate high-priority issues immediately
- Independently resolve low to medium-priority listing and account issues
Required Experience & Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
- Strong expertise in flat file creation, uploads, and troubleshooting
- Proven ability to fix suppressed listings and variation issues
- Experience managing listings across multiple marketplaces (Amazon required, others a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and spreadsheets
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously
- Clear written communication skills
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
Working Requirements
- Must be available during UK Business Hours (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Philippine Time)
- Willing to use Hubstaff time tracking tool
