JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a meticulous experienced accountant who is also a QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor.
Open to full or part time.

Key Responsibilities:
Record financial transactions and maintain the general ledger
Prepare and submit financial
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Collaborate with the team to optimize financial processes

Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant
QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work during daylight hours in the United States

Working hours are negotiable within the constraints of daylight hours in the United States. We offer flexibility in establishing a work schedule that suits both parties.
