Now Hiring: Intake Specialist (Remote)

Healthcare Partners Consulting & Billing is growing, and we are looking for a high-level Intake Specialist to join our team.

This role is the front line of our organization. You are not just answering phones, you are guiding patients, representing providers, and protecting the revenue cycle from the very first interaction.

About this role:
You will be responsible for answering calls, scheduling patients, verifying insurance benefits, and clearly communicating those benefits both verbally and in writing. This is a fast-paced environment where you will need to shift between providers, systems, and responsibilities throughout the day.

Responsibilities include:

Answering inbound calls with professionalism and confidence
Scheduling patients accurately and efficiently
Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility
Explaining benefits clearly to patients (copays, deductibles, coinsurance)
Sending written benefit summaries via email
Documenting all interactions thoroughly and accurately

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience working with a large practice or hospital setting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and shift between tasks and providers
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute break)
Friday: Half day
