We operate in a regulated advertising space that requires careful, compliant, and creative execution.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Creative Specialist (Graphic Designer) to produce high-performing creatives for ads, website, and content.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution, iteration, and performance. You will work closely with the team to create visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-performing ad creatives for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta (static and video)
- Edit short-form video content (UGC-style, direct response, hooks)
- Design visual assets using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Build and update landing pages and website elements (Shopify / Webflow)
- Improve product pages and support conversion optimization
- Use AI tools to assist with creative ideas, hooks, and content production
- Iterate creatives based on performance feedback
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Collaborate with tea
Tools & Platforms:
- Canva / Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
- CapCut or similar video editing tools
- Shopify and Webflow
- AI tools for content and ideation (Claude & others)
- Notion and Slack
- Klaviyo (light use for
- Meta and TikTok Ads Manager (view for performance insights)
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design or creative production
- Strong portfolio of ad creatives (social media or e-commerce)
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools
- Experience working with Shopify (product pages, basic site updates)
- Understanding of what makes ad creatives convert
- Ability to work fast and iterate based on feedback
- Strong attention to detail and design skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Excellent English communication skills
Strongly Preferred:
- Experience in regulated industries
- Motion graphics or advanced video editing skills
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI or conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience with Webflow or landing page builders
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative production
- Understanding of direct-response marketing
