Amazon Creative Manager
We are a fast-growing greeting card brand. We help people create real connection through beautifully made, responsibly produced cards crafted with care.
We are hiring an Amazon Creative Manager to build a consistent, visually recognizable Amazon presence, so every listing looks like one brand and every product stands out.
This is an ownership role. We run lean, move fast, and collaborate long term. We do not micromanage. We expect you to own outcomes, not just complete tasks.
Why This Role Exists
Our products are already winning. What is missing is a creative system that scales.
Right now, creative execution and testing are not a consistent weekly process. That slows listing improvements, launches, and brand consistency across Amazon.
We are hiring this role to own Amazon creative end to end, so listings and ad assets improve every week, not occasionally.
What You Will Be Responsible For
You will own Amazon creative performance. You should be comfortable using AI tools (Google Gemini, Google AI Studio, Runway, Adobe Firefly etc.) to speed up iteration and production while keeping brand consistency.
You will own:
• Brand consistency: clear visual guidelines so every listing looks like one brand and communicates clearly
• Listing and ad creatives: improve listing creatives and produce ad assets that increase CTR and CVR
• Weekly creative testing: run tests, track results, and optimize based on what works
• AI-powered creative execution: use AI tools to accelerate production, ideation, and testing?
