About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated, bilingual Customer Experience Representative to join our remote team. This is a fully remote, full-time position supporting our North American customer base. You will be working EST hours, so the ability to work a consistent North American schedule is required.
This is a customer service role — not commission-based or sales-focused.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally handling inquiries and resolving issues via phone,
Communicate clearly and effectively in both French and English
Apply strong phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience and build long-term loyalty
Assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience
Perform accurate data entry to keep customer records up-to-date
Collaborate with tea
Stay informed on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate, timely information
Qualifications
Fluency in both French and English is required (spoken and written)
Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required
Previous customer service experience is essential
Self-motivated, outgoing, resourceful, and coachable
Must have a laptop or desktop computer with a minimum internet speed of 35 Mbps and a quiet home office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an asset
Students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
