JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a fast-learning, detail-oriented operator to support the CEO across multiple businesses, including e-commerce, AI-driven content, and marketplace operations.
This role is not about prior titles. It’s about your ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and use AI to execute and improve workflows.
You will be trained directly, but you must be able to think independently, catch inconsistencies, and improve systems as you go.

What You’ll Do
• Execute structured workflows using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT)
• Conduct keyword and product research using tools like Helium 10
• Analyze competitor data and identify gaps using spreadsheets and formulas (VLOOKUP, filtering, etc.)
• Build and maintain organized datasets across multiple projects
• Apply judgment to select relevant data based on product fit (not just copy/paste)
• Support marketplace operations, including pricing checks, listing accuracy, and data validation
• Assist with content optimization and GEO/SEO improvements
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to workflows
• Communicate clearly via email and internal channels regarding updates, issues, and process changes

What We’re Looking For
• Fast learner with high attention to detail
• Strong execution skills, able to follow structured processes without missing steps
• Experience using AI tools beyond basic prompting (Claude, ChatGPT)
• Comfortable working in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel, formulas like VLOOKUP)
• Strong written and verbal English
• Ability to think critically and make judgment calls (not just follow instructions)
• Organized and able to manage multiple workflows at once

Bonus (not required)
• Experience with Helium 10 or similar SEO tools
• Exposure to GEO / AI search optimization
• Experience with e-commerce or marketplace data
• Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, etc.)

How This Role Works
You will start by executing clearly defined processes (like keyword research, data filtering, and optimization workflows), and over time, you’ll be expected to:
• spot patterns
• improve systems
• take ownership of outcomes
This is a build-and-grow role, not a task-only position.

Role Details:
Full-time (Monday to Friday), preferably aligned with US hours
Pay: $8–$10/hour depending on experience, with potential for growth
