JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to take ownership of our paid advertising campaigns across multiple clients in the home improvement space.

This role is not for beginners. You will be stepping into a system that is already working, and your job is to manage, optimise, and scale campaigns profitably while maintaining strict performance standards.

?

About NR Socials

NR Socials is a client acquisition agency focused on generating qualified appointments (not just leads) for home improvement businesses across the UK.

Our system combines:
• High-converting ad creatives
• Perspective landing pages
• CRM automation (GoHighLevel)
• Qualification + follow-up systems

We don’t measure success by leads — we measure it by:
Appointments, revenue, and ROI.

?

Your Role

You will be responsible for managing and optimising Meta ad campaigns across multiple client accounts.

Your core focus is:
• Maintaining performance
• Improving lead quality
• Scaling winning campaigns

You will be working inside a structured system with clear SOPs, tracking, and reporting frameworks already in place.

?

Key Responsibilities
• Launch, manage, and optimise Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Work with both:
• Instant forms
• Perspective funnel (landing page) campaigns
• Monitor and improve:
• CPL (Cost per lead)
• Lead ? appointment rate
• Overall ROI per client
• Daily campaign checks and optimisation:
• Budget allocation
• Creative performance
• Audience performance
• Scaling winners / cutting losers
• Update daily performance tracking sheet for each client:
• Ad spend
• Leads
• Appointments
• Quote value
• Sales (if available)

(Each client should take under 10 minutes per day to update)
• Work closely with the appointment setting team to:
• Identify lead quality issues
• Improve targeting and funnel performance
• Follow and execute predefined SOPs for:
• Campaign structure
• Testing strategy
• Scaling framework

?

What Success Looks Like
• Campaigns are stable, predictable, and profitable
• Clients are receiving consistent qualified appointments
• Performance is clearly tracked and visible at all times
• Minimal input required from the business owner

?

Requirements
• Proven experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Experience managing £1,000–£10,000+/month ad spend
• Strong understanding of:
• Lead generation campaigns
• Conversion optimisation
• Scaling strategies
• Experience with:
• Landing page funnels (preferred: Perspective or similar)
• CRM systems (GoHighLevel is a plus)
• Ability to:
• Analyse data and make decisions independently
• Follow systems and SOPs without constant supervision
• Communicate clearly and report performance

?

Important (Read Carefully)
• You will be given partial access only to ad accounts and business assets
(for security and structure)
• You are expected to:
• Stick to the system
• Not overcomplicate campaigns
• Focus on results, not vanity metrics
• This is a performance-based role
We value output, not activity.

?

Nice to Have (Not Essential)
• Experience in home improvement niches:
• Roofing
• Bathrooms
• Kitchens
• Electrical
• Loft upgrades
• Experience improving:
• Lead quality (not just volume)
• Show rates / appointment rates

?

Why Join NR Socials
• You’ll work with a proven system, not guesswork
• Clear structure, SOPs, and expectations
• No micromanagement — just performance
• Opportunity to grow into a senior / lead buyer role

?

To Apply

Send:
1. Examples of campaigns you’ve managed
2. Results (CPL, ROAS, or revenue generated)
3. Brief breakdown of your testing + scaling approach
