JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for an experienced: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT that can also do: CONTENT and SALES via DMs

If you’re just “good with Canva” or casually reply to messages, this isn’t for you!

I’m looking for a high-level Executive Assistant who can help me run and scale a fast-growing online coaching business for women.

This role is for someone who is proactive, sharp, and understands content + conversions, not just ticking tasks off a list.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

• Creating and editing content (Reels, carousels, stories) using Canva + CapCut
• Scheduling and managing content across platforms
• Managing DMs and booking calls with qualified leads
• Having real conversations in DMs (not robotic replies)
• Supporting with daily admin + keeping things organised behind the scenes
• Helping maintain a consistent content calendar

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR:

• Strong experience with Canva & CapCut (non-negotiable)
• Proven experience in DM sales / booking calls
• Excellent written English (natural, conversational tone)
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive - you don’t wait to be told everything
• Understands social media, engagement, and what makes content perform

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

• You need constant instructions for every task
• You copy and paste generic replies in DMs
• You’ve never booked calls or handled leads before
• You’re not confident making decisions

IMPORTANT:

Please don’t waste your time or mine applying if you don’t have real experience in content creation and booking calls through DMs.
This role requires someone who can step in and deliver from day one.
