JOB OVERVIEW

We are a luxury body contouring and aesthetics business in California looking for a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support reception tasks, marketing, and digital operations.

This is a long-term full-time position for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with social media, advertising, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

Reception & Client Support
• Respond to messages and inquiries from potential clients
• Follow up with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad leads
• Book appointments in our scheduling system / calls are received all throughout the day
• Answer phone inquiries and schedule clients
• Assist with paperwork and administrative tasks

Marketing & Advertising
• Create and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Assist with email marketing collaborations
• Design digital flyers and promotional graphics

Social Media & Content Creation
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, promotional content)
• Create engaging posts and graphics

Funnels, Websites & Digital Assets
• Create landing pages and marketing funnels
• Update content on WordPress websites
• Update client intake forms and documents
• Help build digital courses and virtual aesthetics programs
• Work with Stan Store or similar platforms

AI & Automation
• Help set up simple AI tools, ChatGPT workflows, and chatbots

Executive Assistance
• Assist with occasional personal calls, paperwork, and business tasks

Requirements
• Strong written and spoken English
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Social media management experience
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools
• Familiar with WordPress
• Experience with funnels and landing pages
• Comfortable learning AI tools

Position Details

Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Must overlap with US Pacific Time
Location: Remote
Pay: Based on experience with opportunities for raises
