JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
The Marketing Virtual Assistant (MVA) for an healthcare account will support platform growth by executing outbound outreach, marketing content creation, and digital engagement strategies designed to attract healthcare providers (doctors, mobile medical services) and patients to the account's concierge healthcare platform. This role blends outreach, marketing execution, and creative support, working closely with the account leadership and marketing strategy.

Key Objectives
? Recruit qualified doctors and mobile healthcare providers to join the account's platform
? Increase patient awareness, interest, and sign-ups for concierge services
? Strengthen brand presence across digital channels
? Support lead generation, nurturing, and follow-up workflows

Scope of Responsibilities
1. Provider Outreach &; Recruitment (Doctors &; Mobile Services)
? Research and build targeted lists of:
o Physicians (Primary Care, Specialists)
o Mobile healthcare services (IV therapy, mobile imaging, labs, wound care, home health, etc.)

? Conduct outbound outreach via:
o Email
o LinkedIn
o Phone (when required)
? Introduce account platform value proposition to providers
? Schedule discovery calls or onboarding meetings for interested providers
? Track outreach activities, responses, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking tools
? Maintain updated provider pipeline and onboarding status

2. Patient Acquisition & Concierge Service Promotion
? Assist in creating and executing campaigns to attract patients to:
o Concierge medicine offerings
o On-demand/mobile healthcare access

? Support patient-facing outreach through:
o Email campaigns
o Social media posts
o Website or landing page content (as assigned)
? Respond to basic inquiries and route qualified leads appropriately
? Support follow-ups with interested patients to encourage sign-ups

3. Marketing Content & Materials Creation
? Create and update marketing collateral, including:
o One-pagers and flyers
o Provider onboarding decks
o Patient-facing brochures
o Email templates and drip campaigns
? Design visual marketing assets using tools such as:
o Canva
o Adobe Express (or similar)
? Ensure branding consistency across all materials
? Customize messaging for:
o Doctors &providers
o Mobile medical services
o Patients & families

4. Social Media Marketing Support
? Design and schedule social media posts to:
o Attract doctors to join the account
o Educate patients on concierge and mobile healthcare benefits
? Platforms may include:
o LinkedIn
o Facebook
o Instagram
? Support content ideas such as:
o Provider spotlights
o Platform benefits
o Patient education
o Testimonials and success stories
? Coordinate with marketing lead for approvals and posting schedules

5. CRM, Reporting & Coordination
? Maintain accurate records of:
o Leads contacted
o Follow-ups completed
o Meetings scheduled
o Providers onboarded
? Prepare weekly or bi-weekly reports summarizing:
o Outreach activity
o Engagement metrics
o Lead pipeline status
? Coordinate with internal teams on:
o Messaging updates
o Campaign timelines
o Provider onboarding needs

Tools & Platforms (Preferred)
? CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
? Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
? Social media schedulers (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
? Canva or equivalent design platform
? Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Qualifications & Skills
? Experience in marketing support, outreach, or lead generation
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals
? Basic understanding of:
o Healthcare marketing
o Concierge medicine or mobile healthcare (preferred)
? Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
? Ability to follow scripts while adapting messaging naturally
? Creative eye for design and branding
