JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable, creative, and highly organised Content & Admin Support Specialist to join our growing business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both content execution and structured admin work. At this stage, the role is designed with a 50/50 split between administrative support and content creation/management, allowing you to contribute across both functions as the role continues to evolve.

Over time, this can grow into a more specialised role, depending on your strengths—whether that is more content-focused or more admin-focused—with strong long-term potential as the business expands.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Creation & Management

Create content using Canva or similar design tools
Provide basic graphic design support for social media and brand assets
Upload, schedule, and manage content across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels
Support short-form content production including reels, simple edits, and video-based content
Work from provided content, briefs, or AI-assisted drafts
Execute content consistently based on a clear brand direction and strategy
Draft and format SEO-conscious blog posts and articles
Upload and format content in WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms
Research content ideas and audience engagement opportunities
Track content and social media performance metrics and help compile insights

Admin & Operational Support

Manage inboxes and communication flows with professionalism and accuracy
Prepare, format, and maintain internal files, spreadsheets, and shared folders
Assist with onboarding workflows including forms, email flows, and CRM updates
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes when required
Maintain trackers, databases, and contact lists
Support basic expense tracking and reimbursement summaries
Assist with ad hoc admin and operational projects to keep the business running smoothly

AI Automation & Systems Support

Set up, maintain, and improve workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, ClickUp, or similar
Help identify tasks that can be automated for better efficiency
Support content tracking, task coordination, and project visibility
Maintain SOPs, templates, and backend documentation in ClickUp or Google Drive
Assist with simple automation workflows for onboarding, email sequences, and CRM-related tasks
What We’re Looking For
Strong written and verbal English communication
Experience in administration, virtual support, content support, or social media management
Confident using Canva and comfortable with basic content formatting/design
Familiarity with social media platforms and content publishing workflows
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts
Able to follow direction well while also taking initiative
Experience with ClickUp, Google Workspace, WordPress/Webflow, Zapier, or Make is a strong advantage
Basic video editing experience is a plus
Why This Role Is Worth Exploring
Long-term growth potential
Flexible role structure based on your strengths
Opportunity to work across both content and operations
A role where your work will have a direct impact
The chance to grow into a more specialised position over time
