About Us
Kinetic Marketing Co is a Melbourne-based digital marketing agency specialising in lead generation, CRM automation, and growth systems for trades businesses and home improvement contractors across Australia. We run Meta Ads, Google Ads, and build end-to-end client systems using GoHighLevel. We're a fast-moving agency and we need someone who can keep up.

The Role
We're looking for a GoHighLevel specialist who can hit the ground running. You'll be responsible for building, managing, and optimising client accounts inside GHL — from pipeline setup through to full automation workflows. This is a hands-on execution role. We don't have time to train someone from scratch — we need someone who already knows GHL deeply and can take a brief and deliver without constant hand-holding.

What You'll Be Doing

-Building and managing GHL sub-accounts for new and existing clients
-Setting up pipelines, stages, and opportunity management
-Building automation workflows — SMS, email, task triggers, lead nurture sequences
-Setting up and customising landing pages and funnels inside GHL
-Configuring lead forms, calendars, and booking systems
-Connecting integrations (Zapier, Webhooks, third-party tools)
-Building and managing GoHighLevel snapshots
-Troubleshooting automations and client account issues
-Communicating build progress clearly with the team
-Bonus: WordPress website builds for clients who require it

What We're Looking For
Non-negotiable:

-Minimum 2 years hands-on GoHighLevel experience
-Strong understanding of automation logic and CRM workflows
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Excellent written English communication
-Detail-oriented — you check your own work before submitting
-Responsive and proactive — you raise issues before they become problems
-Available to overlap with Australian business hours (AEST)

Highly regarded:

-WordPress build experience (Elementor or similar)
-Experience working with trades or home service businesses
-Familiarity with Meta Ads lead form integrations into GHL
-Experience building client-facing reporting or dashboards
