Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain targeted lead lists of brands aligned with our creators (tech, automotive, consumer electronics, etc.)
• Research and identify key decision-makers (marketing managers, influencer managers, brand leads)
• Execute cold
• Manage and optimize outbound messaging to improve response and booking rates
• Schedule and coordinate introductory calls/meetings with qualified prospects
• Track all outreach and activity within our CRM (Notion and other tools)
• Collaborate with internal tea
• Continuously identify new brands and opportunities within the creator economy

Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting
• Strong written English skills (this role is heavily
• Experience using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter, or similar platforms
• Highly organized and able to manage large volumes of outreach
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit targets
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, social media, or digital advertising is a strong plus

• Send a high volume of targeted outbound
• Book a minimum number of qualified meetings per week/month
• Maintain accurate tracking of all outreach and responses

Compensation
• Monthly retainer (based on experience)
