JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Content Sifter to help process raw video footage. Your role is to watch videos and identify key ---------- nts such as main questions, funny reactions, and engaging segments. You are NOT editing — your job is to organize content so our editors can move faster. You will be working with the team behind the ISW TV youtube channel

Responsibilities:
- Watch raw video footage (interviews, streams, etc.)
- Identify and segment:
- Main question interactions
- Funny ---------- nts
- Strong or emotional reactions
- Provide rough-cut clips
- Ensure no important ---------- nts are missed
- Organize segments clearly for the editing team

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused while watching content
- Good understanding of what is entertaining/engaging
- Reliable and consistent with deadlines
- Able to follow instructions exactly (no overthinking or freelancing)

Important:
- You are NOT editing videos
- You are NOT adding effects or captions
- You are NOT coming up with titles or hooks

Your only job is to find and organize the best ---------- nts.

Turnaround Time:
- Footage should be completed within 12–24 hours (depending on length)
- Consistency is more important than speed

Trial Period:
- 3–5 day paid trial
- You will be given sample footage to segment
- We are testing for quality, consistency, and reliability

Compensation:
- Trial (3-5 days): Paid $10 daily
- If Selected: Weekly pay based on performance and workload
- Salary Opportunity for increased pay based on consistency and quality
