JOB OVERVIEW

We are SoCal Basketball Club, a free youth basketball program based in Anaheim, California. We generate 100+ warm inbound leads every week from Facebook advertising — parents who already filled out a form asking about our program for their child. We need reliable commission-based phone representatives to follow up with these leads and confirm they are coming this Saturday.
This is not cold calling. Every parent already expressed interest. Your job is simple — call them within 5 minutes of receiving the lead, have a warm friendly conversation, answer basic questions, and get them committed to showing up Saturday.
The program is completely free for kids. Zero monthly fees. No tryouts. Real coaches, certified referees, real games every Saturday in Anaheim California. It is the easiest conversation you will ever have because there is nothing to sell — it is free.
How it works:
You will have access to a live shared Google Sheet that updates in real time as new leads come in throughout the day. You claim a lead by putting your name next to it and call immediately. You log your outcome after every call. Our team verifies shows every Saturday and pays commission weekly via PayPal or Wise.
What you will do:
Monitor the Google Sheet during US Pacific Time hours — mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Call every lead you claim within 5 minutes of claiming it. Have a natural warm conversation with the parent. Confirm they are bringing their child this Saturday. Log all call outcomes in the sheet.
Pay:
$50 USD commission for every parent who shows up Saturday and registers their child. No show — no pay. 100+ leads available every week. Realistic earnings at 10% conversion rate — $500 USD per week. Strong performers at 20% conversion — $1,000 USD per week. Paid weekly via PayPal or Wise.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills — must be clear and easy to understand on the phone. Bilingual English and Spanish is a significant advantage — large Hispanic community in Anaheim. Warm, friendly, natural conversational tone — not scripted or robotic. Available during US Pacific Time hours — ideally 8am to 9pm PT. Reliable phone and fast internet connection. Previous outbound calling or customer service experience preferred. Self-motivated and comfortable with pure commission — no base pay.
Speed is the most important requirement:
A lead called within 5 minutes converts 21 times better than one called after 30 minutes. You must be able to monitor the lead sheet in real time and call immediately when a new lead appears. If you cannot commit to the 5-minute rule this role is not a good fit.
This is ongoing long-term work:
We run every Saturday year-round and are expanding to new cities every quarter. Strong performers get first access to all new leads as we grow. This is not a one-time project — it is a reliable ongoing income source for the right person.
