You won't be joining a faceless corporation. You'll be working directly with our founder, who has 20 years of hands-on Five9 experience and will be your resource, your backstop, and your mentor as you grow into full ownership of this role.

The Role
We need a Five9 expert who can own implementations end-to-end — from initial configuration through go-live — and take real accountability for getting clients across the finish line. We move fast! Typically a 4 week turn around, but can do as fast as a week or less if customer needs it.
You'll work alongside a dedicated team of 3 Philippines-based Customer Success specialists who handle client communications and support implementation tasks. You lead. They support. Together, you close.
What you'll own:

Full Five9 tenant builds: IVR, ACD, routing, campaigns, integrations
Implementation timelines and client-facing milestone delivery
Quality assurance before every go-live
Documentation and handoff to CS team post-launch
Flagging blockers early and solving them fast

What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on Five9 administration or implementation experience
Strong working knowledge of Five9 modules: Omnichannel, WFO, Digital Engagement, or Campaign Management
Five9 certification preferred (or actively working toward it)
Comfortable owning a project independently and communicating status proactively
Professional English communication — you'll interface with US clients when needed
Available to work US business hours (Pacific or Mountain time) — this is a hard requirement
