Job Title: GoHighLevel Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote (US Hours – 8am to 5pm PST or CST)
Start Date: Immediate

Company Overview:
We are a Meta paid ads advertising company in the investments space that is seeking a GoHighLevel Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate's focus is on systems design, automation building, workflow development, subaccount setup, snapshot management, A2P registration, landing page development, as well as interfacing with clients.

We require our candidates to have 3+ years experience in GHL and be an expert in building clean and user friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Tool Mastery:
- Deep experience using GoHighLevel. We want only the best.
- You must be obsessed about organization and efficiency.
- Your job will be to advance our GHL marketing engine and build out systems that make marketing and sales more efficient (campaigns, sales pipelines, funnels, lead scoring, automations, etc.).
- Experience building alongside AI agents.
- UI design is a HUGE plus.

Client Relationship Management:
- Coordinate with the client to ensure their launch checklist is completed.
- Have experience connecting domains, launching websites, setting up emails, as well as calendars.
- Be able to guide clients through onboarding, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Train clients on their marketing system.

Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work with other teammates such as graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, marketers and ads managers to ensure that client campaigns are launched quickly.
- Interface with our platforms’ support staff to resolve any technical issues.
- Communicate with the leadership team on an ongoing basis to highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Create guided walkthrough videos of your processes to be added to our knowledge base.

Quality Assurance:
- Uphold our reputation for delivering top-tier results by rigorously checking all deliverables for quality and accuracy. Attention to detail is paramount.
- Streamline processes and tasks to make things easier and faster to use.
- Autonomy and self-management is rewarded. We are looking for somebody who can take tasks from start to finish in their entirety (of course, the team is there to help when needed).

Qualifications:
- You are professional, personable, and presentable and you have a professional, quiet camera-on environment.
- Must have native or fluent-level verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum of three years using the GoHighLevel software.
- Minimum of three years in a digital operations role within a marketing, advertising, sales, or SaaS company.
- Be able to work 8am to 5pm PST or CST hours, 40 hours per week. You must be available and ready to collaborate.
- Ability to stay highly organized while handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines with no errors.
- Must have top notch attention to detail.
- Must be able to lead firmly and take charge when needed.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset.

About the Position
- Remote Work: This is a full-time remote position.
- Working Hours: Expected to work 8am to 5pm PST or CST time zones. Must be available and ready to collaborate during these hours.
- Salary Compensation: $1,000 per month.
