We have an amazing opportunity for one special person to join our team. We are a UK based web and graphic design business, and we are looking for a full time Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing / Virtual Assistant. We are a small team of 6. We already have 2 Philippine employees who have been with us for over 7 years. We are committed to finding the right person for our company, who wants a long-term job with us.

1. Email Management
2. Client Website Maintenance via software & Email Reports
3. Social media management & Graphic design
4. Blog writing
5. General administration
6. General marketing
7. Website management
8. Monthly newsletter generation

Requirements that are a MUST:
• This must be your only job, please do not apply if you cannot commit to us as a company
• Reliable
• Honest and polite
• Professional and friendly
• Good computer and fast internet.
• English speaking – High Proficiency and fantastic communication skills

Essential Skills Required:
• Microsoft 365 Email management (labelling, categorizing, filtering, responding, sending email)
• Social Media Management (Posting/ Interacting, responding and Scheduling posts)
• Graphic Design (creating on brand graphics, photos, short clips, presentations – Following brand guidelines)
• Project Management tools (familiar with Asana, Trello, Zoho)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Customer Service (Interacting, responding, answering customers concern/queries)
• Able to communicate on WhatsApp and Zoom
• WordPress experience
• Content writing and blog writing (Posting on WordPress – Elementor Pro)
• General admin skills ( data entry, precision, spelling, research, creating policies)

Skills that would be nice to have:
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with Canva
• Able to make short Videos
• Experience at optimising LinkedIn Profiles
• Experience in creating sales pages / landing pages
• Zoho CRM Integration
• Shopify Experience
• SEO Experience on websites and social media

Job Facts:
• You will then be given a 6-month probation and then if you complete that well, we will offer you a permanent job with us.
• This job is full time, 8 hours per day, you must be able to work at least between 7am and 1pm UK time so we can contact you.
• Your English skills must be excellent.
• This is for immediate start.
• Wages are paid every two weeks and we pay the 13th month bonus.
