Company Overview:
We are a U.S.-based legal services platform focused on helping individuals resolve Social Security disability and overpayment issues. Our mission is to provide efficient, professional, and compassionate support to clients navigating the Social Security system.
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in legal intake, client communication, and workflow management—preferably with exposure to Social Security Disability (SSDI/SSI) processes.
Position Overview:
This role is critical to our daily operations. You will be responsible for managing client intake, organizing workflows, and ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-up.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, so professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Intake & Communication
• Answer inbound messages and calls (if required)
• Collect and enter client information accurately
• Follow intake scripts to gather required details
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication
Data Entry & Case Management
• Enter client data into CRM or tracking system
• Update case status and maintain organized records
• Track missing documents and follow up with clients
Workflow Management
• Monitor case progress from intake to consultation
• Ensure all required information is collected before next steps
• Flag urgent or high-priority cases
Scheduling
• Schedule consultations and calls
• Send confirmations and reminders
• Manage calendar updates
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with U.S. law firms or legal services
• Experience with Social Security Disability (SSDI/SSI) or similar processes
• Familiarity with intake forms, case tracking, or CRM systems
• Strong English communication (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and organization
• Ability to follow structured processes and scripts
Work Schedule:
• Full-time or part-time (flexible)
• Must be available during U.S. business hours (or overlap)
