Position: BPO Business Development Specialist
Department: Business Development
Location: Philippines (Remote initially, transitioning to office-based)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: PHP 30,000 - 50,000 per month
Schedule: U.S Time Zone (EST)
Reports to: Operations Director

Role Overview:

We are hiring a BPO Business Development Specialist to drive client acquisition and support talent build-out in the Philippines.

This is a sales-driven role with a strong focus on business development and recruitment coordination. You will work directly with leadership to expand our US client base while ensuring we build the right talent pipeline to support delivery.

The ideal candidate has hands-on BPO experience, understands how to sell services to US-based clients, and can execute quickly across both client-facing sales and recruitment processes.
This role is suited for someone who is proactive, disciplined, and focused on results.

Key Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

Sales & Business Development (Primary Focus)
• Own and manage the full sales cycle for BPO and EOR services targeting US-based clients
• Execute outbound outreach via email, calls, and virtual meetings
• Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients
• Understand client needs and present tailored outsourcing solutions
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations
• Drive opportunities from initial outreach through closing
• Build and maintain a structured and active sales pipeline

Recruitment & Talent Coordination

• Support end-to-end recruitment for roles aligned with client requirements
• Coordinate sourcing, screening, and interview processes
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Ensure timely hiring aligned with business and client needs
• Support onboarding and integration of new hires

Execution & Coordination

• Work closely with leadership to align sales efforts with hiring needs
• Ensure smooth coordination between client requirements and talent delivery
• Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and recruitment progress
• Maintain strong follow-through and accountability across all activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a BPO company, preferably in a sales or business development role
• Strong understanding of the US market and client expectations
• Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles, including outbound prospecting
• Experience in recruitment or talent coordination is strongly advantage
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely
• Familiarity with CRM tools, outreach tools, and AI tools is an advantage

Work Schedule & Expectations

• Full-time role aligned with U.S Eastern Time (EST)
• Standard working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST
• Availability for client calls, sales meetings, and hiring coordination during the US hours
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Transition to office-based operations in the Philippines as the team grows

Compensation

• Monthly salary: PHP 30,000 - 50,000 depending on experience
