Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-level Digital Ads Specialist who is focused on driving bookings—not just leads.
This role requires someone who can think beyond basic ad management and take ownership of the full customer journey—from ad click to booked appointment. You must understand how to align messaging, targeting, and offers to attract the right clients and convert them effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategize, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms)
Optimize campaigns for bookings and conversions, not vanity metrics
Develop and test high-converting ad copy aligned with our brand voice
Translate complex wellness and movement concepts into clear, compelling messaging
Identify and target ideal client demographics (35–65, wellness-focused, results-driven)
Monitor and improve key performance metrics:
-Cost per booking
-Conversion rates
-Return on ad spend
-Implement retargeting strategies to increase conversion rates
-Collaborate on offers, promotions, and campaign strategy
-Provide weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Core Requirements:
Advanced/professional-level English (written and verbal)
Proven experience managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns with measurable results
Strong understanding of conversion strategy (not just lead generation)
Experience in the wellness, fitness, health, or bodywork industry is a must
Ability to quickly understand and communicate nuanced, high-value services
Strong copywriting skills aligned with a premium, educational brand voice
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
Highly proactive, self-directed, and results-oriented

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate: $10–$15/hour (based on experience)
