JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring one full-time marketing operator to help grow the company (NIKSI). You must be working Arizona time, business hours 9 AM to 6 PM.
This is not a side job.
This is not a part-time role.
This is not for someone working with other companies.
This role must be your Full time job with 100% focus and zero distraction.

We want someone who understands marketing inside and out. Not just Facebook Ads. Not just Google Ads. Not just posting content.

We have multiple offers, products, and services. We need someone who can help us market, sell, improve systems, and grow revenue.
What you will do:
You will help drive the full marketing process, including:
Graphics and creative coordination
Lead generation
Ad campaigns and channel testing
Funnels and landing pages
CRM follow-up systems
Lead nurturing and conversion improvement
Helping turn leads into real business results
SEO and ranking
Branding growth
We can hire appointment setters and support staff as needed, but you must be the person who runs the marketing engine.
What we need
Strong experience in marketing and lead generation
Understand how ads work across platforms
Strong knowledge of conversion, offers, funnels, and sales flow
Experience using CRM, nurturing, automations, and pipeline management
Able to improve lead quality, not just generate volume
Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving
Proven track record from previous work
