Graphic Designer (Meta Ads & AI Specialist)
We are looking for a high-level Graphic Designer to join our 8-figure e-commerce supplement brand. We are currently spending $1M/month on Meta Ads and are scaling rapidly. This isn't just a "make things pretty" role—we need a conversion-focused designer who can research, ideate, and execute winning static ads.

???? Performance Bonus Structure
Success in this role is rewarded. Beyond your base salary, you will receive a performance bonus based on ad spend. If your designs scale and we spend more on them, you earn more.

Key Responsibilities:
Ad Concepting & Research: Use ad spy tools like Atria and the Meta Ads Library to identify winning trends, analyze competitors, and pitch fresh ad concepts.

AI Integration: Utilize cutting-edge AI tools like Higgsfield and others to generate high-quality assets, backgrounds, and creative elements.

Static Ad Execution: Design high-converting static ads (standard images, carousels, etc.) using Photoshop, Figma, and other industry-standard tools.

Direct Response Focus: Understand our customer's pain points and key messaging to create "scroll-stopping" visuals that drive clicks and sales.

Iterative Design: Analyze the performance of your ads and create "winners" by iterating on layouts, headlines, and color schemes.

What You’ll Do:
Produce a high volume of static creatives weekly, moving from research to final export.

Source and manipulate high-quality assets to maintain a premium brand feel.

Collaborate with Creative Strategists to ensure all designs align with the overall brand vision and data-driven goals.

Stay on the cutting edge of Meta’s best practices for static creative.

Requirements:
Proven Experience: A portfolio showing successful Direct Response static ads for Facebook/Meta.

Tech Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop and Figma. Experience with Higgsfield or other AI generative tools is essential.

Analytical Mindset: You don't just wait for a brief; you look at the data and the competition to see what is actually working.

Speed & Quality: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where we are scaling spend daily.
