We work with individuals who have previously explored debt relief solutions and are now looking for guidance on what comes next.
The Opportunity
We are hiring Sales Representatives to connect with individuals from an existing database who have previously inquired about debt solutions.
These are not traditional cold leads, but they are not fresh inbound either — your role is to re-engage, uncover their current situation, and introduce a structured credit rebuilding solution where appropriate.
If you’re strong on the phone and know how to re-open conversations and create urgency, this is a high-opportunity role.
What You’ll Be Doing
Call and re-engage leads from an existing database
Rebuild rapport and re-establish interest
Conduct discovery to understand current financial and credit situation
Educate clients on credit rebuilding and improvement strategies
Present Credit Path programs in a clear, consultative way
Handle objections and overcome skepticism
Close sales and transition clients into onboarding
Track activity and follow-ups in CRM
What We’re Looking For
Strong phone presence and confidence in outbound calling
Experience with re-engagement, aged leads, or outbound sales preferred
Ability to handle objections and initial resistance
Comfortable restarting conversations with leads who may not remember prior inquiries
Self-motivated and consistent with call volume
Coachable and performance-driven
