We’re looking for an experienced e-commerce video editor who understands direct-response (DTC) advertising — not just editing, but what actually drives conversions.

???? What You’ll Do
Edit UGC-style video ads for Meta
Create multiple variations from the same footage (hooks, pacing, structure)
Add captions, overlays, sound effects, and motion graphics that boost retention
Optimize videos for hook rate, hold rate, and conversions
Follow proven ad frameworks (problem ? solution ? proof ? CTA)
Work closely with our team to iterate on winning creatives
???? What We’re Looking For
Proven experience editing DTC / e-commerce ads (REQUIRED)
Strong understanding of:
Hooks (first 3 seconds)
Retention & pacing
Conversion-focused storytelling
Ability to create scroll-stopping content (not just aesthetic edits)
Familiar with UGC ad styles, TikTok trends, and Meta ads formats
Can take direction but also bring creative input + ideas
If you have experience with beauty/skincare niche - that's a PLUS!
