Now Hiring: Virtual Receptionist (Full-Time)

Location: Remote (Philippines-based) www.cloud9.spa
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM U.S. Central or Pacific Time zone (Night shift in PH), Wednesday through Sunday
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

We are a fast-growing chain of family-friendly spas based in the United States. We are looking for a dedicated and professional Virtual Receptionist to join our remote team. This role is critical in delivering a seamless and warm customer experience through phone, SMS, and online platforms.

### Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries from clients
* Schedule and manage spa appointments using our booking software
* Answer questions about services, pricing, and therapist availability
* Support daily operations and client communication
* Document notes and customer preferences with attention to detail
* Coordinate with in-store team to resolve booking conflicts or special requests
* Participating team project in improving operation and enhance marketing and branding

### Qualifications

* Excellent spoken and written English with minimal accent
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Fast and reliable internet connection and backup power preferred
* Able to work independently, stay organized, and follow instructions precisely
* Prior experience in spa or wellness appointment booking is a plus, but not required
* Familiarity with online scheduling tools is a bonus
* Skills in marketing, social media and writing are preferred

### Work Schedule

* Night shift in the Philippines:
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Central or Pacific Time (U.S.)
(11:00 PM – 9:00 AM or 1:00 AM – 11:00 AM Philippine Time)
Wednesday through Sunday
