Description of the Role
We are seeking a new tea
Role Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls,
- Triage the problem e.g. if no status update on prescription, identify right tea
- Financial assistance applications - complete these applications as part of the initial launch phase around financial assistance
- Generate and implement ideas to optimize inbound traffic from website, ringcentral and text message
Other Expectations
- Smart and likeable; organized; problem-solver - can think quickly on their feet
- An expat from the US with a very clear English accent, very proficient
- College degree
- Must be able to work from 9am-6pm ET
- Previous experience in operations is preferred
