JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
I’m looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Credit Repair Specialist who actually understands the process—not someone who sends out the same generic dispute letters for every client.

This role is for someone who knows how to analyze, think, and execute with intention to get real results.

---

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reviewing and analyzing full credit reports (all 3 bureaus)
- Identifying negative items and determining the best dispute strategy
- Creating custom, targeted dispute letters (NOT templates for every situation)
- Submitting disputes through proper channels (mail, CFPB, etc. if applicable)
- Tracking client progress and updating dispute rounds
- Understanding how to challenge:
- Collections
- Charge-offs
- Late payments
- Inquiries
- Personal information inaccuracies
- Applying consumer laws (FCRA, FDCPA, etc.) where necessary

---

What I’m Looking For:
- Strong understanding of credit repair (this is NOT an entry-level learning role)
- Ability to read and break down a credit report confidently
- Knows how to strategically target different types of accounts
- Does NOT rely on generic, copy-paste dispute letters
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple clients
- Ability to educate and bring value beyond execution (you should be able to teach and improve processes, not just follow instructions)

---

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a BIG Plus):
- Experience removing evictions (including ones not reporting on credit)
- Familiarity with CFPB complaints and advanced dispute tactics
- Experience with Metro 2 compliance or data furnisher disputes

---

Current Business Context (Important):
- I currently have ~40 active clients that need to be worked through and organized within my credit repair system
- At the moment, most clients are using Experian and Credit Karma reports (not imported reports)
- Over the next few weeks, I will be transitioning all clients to MyFreeScoreNow (7-day free trial) so reports can be properly imported and managed

You should be comfortable working with both non-imported reports AND transitioning into a more structured system.

---

What This Is NOT:
- This is NOT for someone who just downloads templates and sends them out
- This is NOT for someone guessing their way through disputes

---

What This IS:
- A role for someone who understands how to get results
- Someone who thinks before they act and moves with strategy

---

How to Apply:
When applying, include:
1. A brief explanation of your experience with credit repair
2. Your approach to handling a negative account (example preferred)
3. Any results you’ve helped clients achieve

---

If you’re someone who takes pride in getting real results and not just “sending letters,” this is for you.
