Role Overview
We are hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Execution Coordinator to support operations and project execution within a growing consumer products company.
This role is focused on structured execution. You will be responsible for completing defined tasks accurately, maintaining organized documentation, coordinating updates, and ensuring consistent follow-through across multiple moving parts.
You will work closely with founders and leadership, executing against clearly defined priorities.
Core Responsibilities
Task Execution
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
• Follow multi-step instructions with precision
• Maintain and update tracking documents
• Ensure tasks are properly closed with clear documentation
Documentation & Organization
• Draft structured SOPs from notes and workflows
• Maintain organized file systems and documentation
• Ensure materials are clean, clear, and up to date
Coordination
• Communicate professionally with vendors and partners
• Send follow-ups and track responses
• Coordinate scheduling and timelines
• Escalate missing information clearly and proactively
Reporting Support
• Prepare structured summaries and updates
• Compile weekly data into clear, organized reports
• Identify and flag inconsistencies or gaps
