Role Overview
We are seeking a top-tier Head of Sales / Client Management Lead to serve as a key client-facing leader within the organization. This role is one of the most critical positions in the company and will work directly alongside leadership to manage client relationships, drive revenue, and elevate the overall client experience.
We are specifically targeting candidates who have previously held roles such as VP of Sales, Head of Sales, or Director of Sales. This person will combine high-level sales leadership with exceptional client management, setting the standard for communication, professionalism, and execution across all accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage client relationships across multiple accounts
* Lead client communication, updates, and overall account management
* Drive outbound and inbound sales efforts and strategy (training on tools if needed)
* Identify and close new business opportunities
* Collaborate closely with leadership on growth strategy and execution
* Build, optimize, and manage sales pipelines and processes
* Create and maintain polished SOPs, documents, and client-facing materials
* Set the standard for communication quality, professionalism, and presentation
* Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal delivery
Must-Have Qualifications
* Previous experience as VP of Sales, Head of Sales, Director of Sales, or similar leadership role
* Exceptional written and spoken English (near-native level)
* Strong background in client management, account management, and sales
* Proven ability to close deals and manage high-value client relationships
* Highly polished, professional, and confident in client-facing situations
* Strong ability to create structured, clean, and presentable documents and SOPs
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and execution skills
* Ability to operate independently and take ownership of results

* Experience in B2B services, recruitment, or agency environments
* Familiarity with outbound tools (e.g.,

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a high-level operator who can function both as a strategic sales leader and a hands-on client manager. This person should be able to represent the company at the highest level, communicate with clarity and authority, and significantly elevate both our revenue generation and client experience.
They should also be capable of setting the standard for how SOPs, documents, and client-facing materials are created ensuring everything is polished, structured, and presentable.
