We’re a fast-growing home improvement company looking for a true call center leader to build, lead, and scale our outbound / inbound appointment-setting team.
If you’ve led 10+ callers in roofing / remodeling and love driving KPIs, this is for you.
What You’ll Own
- Lead a team of outbound / inbound callers focused on setting qualified in-home appointments for roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and more.
- Own the scoreboard: contact rate, booking rate, show rate, and conversion from appointment to sale.
- Hire, train, and coach setters so they hit target or they’re off the phones.
- Improve scripts, objection handling, lead routing, and daily workflows to squeeze more revenue from every lead.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record managing 10+ callers (appointment setters / telemarketers) in a fast-paced call center.
- Direct home-improvement experience: roofing, restoration, remodeling, windows, solar, or similar.
- History of beating KPI targets: you can talk specific numbers, not “I’m a hard worker.”
- You’re comfortable making calls yourself when needed and leading from the front.
- You like structure: clear metrics, clear expectations, and clear consequences.
Pay & Schedule
- Compensation: Hourly base + performance bonus on team results.
- When the team hits targets, managers commonly earn $3,000+/month in bonuses on top of hourly.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM Eastern. You must be consistently available these hours.
