We are a premier health and safety training centre in Northern Ireland and the UK, dedicated to delivering accredited courses and compliance solutions. We are seeking a dynamic, multi-skilled Sales Executive to drive business growth. This is not a traditional sales role—we need a proactive, versatile individual who can combine sales tenacity with creative design capability to engage clients and el-evate our brand presence.
The Role
This is a high-autonomy, work-from-home position requiring a results-driven pro-fessional who can manage the full sales cycle while also producing high-quality visual marketing materials. You will be responsible for generating leads, convert-ing enquiries into bookings, nurturing client relationships, and creating the sales collateral that supports these efforts. The ideal candidate thrives on variety, takes ownership, and is fully committed to a single role with no outside work.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business oppor-tunities across Northern Ireland and the UK, targeting businesses requiring health and safety training, auditing, and consultancy services.
• Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients via phone,
• Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
• Client Retention: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quar-terly sales targets.
• Enquiry Conversion: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries, converting them into confirmed course bookings and corporate contracts.
Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral
• Sales Collateral Creation: Design professional, branded sales materials including pitch decks, proposal templates, course brochures, and one-pagers using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Presentation Design: Develop compelling presentations for client meetings, webinars, and corporate pitches that effectively communicate the value of company’s services.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
Client Coordination & Administration
• Course Bookings: Liaise with the operations team to coordinate course schedules and ensure seamless booking experiences for corporate clients.
• Proposal & Quote Preparation: Prepare accurate, professional quotes and proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Post-Sale Follow-Up: Conduct post-training follow-ups with clients to gather feedback, secure testimonials, and identify future opportunities.
• CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities within the CRM system.
Process & Self-Management
• Sales Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and re-finement of sales processes, scripts, and workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
• Autonomous Working: Manage your own schedule effectively, demon-strating self-discipline, organisation, and the ability to work independently in a home-based environment.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Adapt to additional duties as required, supporting the wider team to meet business objectives.
Person Specification
Essential Criteria
• Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within B2B services, training, or professional services sectors. Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Graphic Design Proficiency: Demonstrable ability to create profes-sional marketing and sales collateral using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), or equivalent. A portfolio or examples of work will be required.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present persuasively, negotiate effectively, and build rapport with decision-makers.
• Computer Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), CRM software, and digital communi-cation tools.
• Organisational Ability: Excellent time management and organisation-al skills, with the ability to juggle multiple leads, tasks, and deadlines with-out supervision.

Terms of Employment
• Working Arrangements: This is a fully remote, work-from-home posi-tion.
• Exclusivity: This is a full-time role requiring complete commitment. No other concurrent employment, freelance work, or external business activities are permitted.
• Hours: Standard office hours, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required occasionally to attend client meetings or respond to business needs out-side core hours.
• Equipment: The successful candidate must have their own computer (with sufficient capability for design software) and reliable high-speed in-ternet connection.
