The Marketing Coordinator is a hybrid role that combines project coordination, sphere support, and creative design to meet both operational and creative needs within Transforming Age. This role serves as the primary liaison for the Housing sphere, coordinating requests and delivering branded design assets to support community marketing, sales enablement, events, and communications. The position plays a critical role in improving workflow efficiency, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials.
Housing Sphere Liaison
Serve as a point of contact for Housing sphere marketing & communication needs.
Manage requests, timelines, deliverables, and priorities aligned with organizational goals.
Support needs not fulfilled by external agencies including
Assist communities with tools, materials, and processes to support lead generation and marketing activities.
Work closely with the agencies to provide additional support to programs
Creative Design & Asset Development
Design and produce visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, newsletters, posters, flyers, proposals, and event materials.
Collaborate closely with Communications Specialist and Brand Communications leadership to ensure brand alignment.
Maintain visual consistency across all Housing-related creative and operational assets.
Project Coordination & Workflow Optimization
Support intake processes and manage project tracking within project management tools (e.g., Asana or smartsheets).
Coordinate timelines, review cycles, and approvals with internal stakeholders.
Help streamline workflows to improve turnaround time and team efficiency.
Marketing Development & Performance Support
Work with external digital agencies to update materials, optimize website content, and support lead generation improvements.
Work with sales and marketing teams to best align for AI marketing initiatives and develop plans with agencies and teams to best support the AI marketing initiatives.
Ensure Housing marketing materials meet performance and brand standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable design tools.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with project management systems preferred.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain brand consistency across materials.
Strong social media creation ability (video, photography, reels, etc)
Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT) to support workflows, brainstorming, copy refinement, and asset variations.
Comfort learning emerging technologies to improve speed, quality, and output of design and coordination tasks.
Skill in reviewing and refining AI-generated content or creative to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
Ability to assist the team in implementing AI-enabled efficiencies into project workflows.
