JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Luxury Sales Specialist — Diamond Jewellery (Full-Time, Remote)

SALARY: ?50,000 – ?80,000/month + sales commission

HOURS: Full-time, flexible schedule with some overlap required for international client timezones

WHO WE ARE

We are a luxury diamond jewellery brand serving high-net-worth international clients. Our pieces are bespoke and made-to-order. We do not sell mass-market products — every client interaction is personal, considered, and high-value.

We are growing and need a dedicated sales specialist to manage client enquiries and close sales through email and WhatsApp.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Respond to inbound client enquiries via email and WhatsApp — promptly, professionally, and with a luxury tone
- Guide clients through the full buying journey — from first enquiry to completed purchase
- Present product options, pricing, and bespoke recommendations tailored to each client
- Follow up with warm leads and build long-term client relationships
- Handle objections with confidence and empathy — no pushy selling
- Coordinate with our production team on order details and timelines
- Track your pipeline and hit monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed client records in our CRM

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

MUST HAVE:
- Real experience selling luxury, premium, or high-value products (jewellery, watches, fashion, fine goods, premium real estate, high-end hospitality — or similar)
- Exceptional written English — not just correct, but natural, warm, and confident. You'll be writing to wealthy international clients. Your English needs to feel effortless.
- Proven ability to close sales through written communication (email, WhatsApp, chat)
- Self-motivated and disciplined — you'll be working from home with no one looking over your shoulder
- You understand luxury clients — how they think, what they expect, and how to make them feel valued

NICE TO HAVE:
- Diamond jewellery or fine jewellery experience specifically
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Experience working with UK, US, or international clients
