???? About the Role
We are a growing U.S.-based real estate and field inspection company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant.
This role starts with inspection scheduling and coordination, but is designed to grow into system building and workflow optimization inside ClickUp.
If you enjoy organizing, improving processes, and thinking beyond basic tasks, this role will be a strong fit.
???? What You’ll Be Responsible For
Daily Responsibilities:
• Schedule property inspections with field inspectors
• Coordinate availability, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Update and manage tasks inside ClickUp
• Communicate clearly with tea
Growth Responsibilities:
• Help improve our ClickUp workspace (statuses, templates, structure)
• Assist in building workflows and internal systems
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• Support light process documentation (SOPs)
???? Tools We Use
• ClickUp (core platform)
• Google Workspace
•
• Automation tools like Make or Zapier (bonus, not required)
? Requirements
Must Have:
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal English
• Ability to follow instructions and stay organized
• Experience using ClickUp or similar task management tools
Preferred (Strong Advantage):
• Experience building workflows in ClickUp (not just using it)
• Familiarity with automation tools (Make, Zapier, etc.)
• Ability to think through processes, not just complete tasks

• Starting at $6/$7/hour based on experience
• Opportunity for growth and increased pay based on performance and responsibility

• Part-time to start (2–4 hours per day)
• Flexible, but must overlap with U.S. business hours when needed

This role has the potential to grow into a long-term Operations Coordinator position, with increased responsibility in systems, automation, and team support.
