Ads on Tap is looking for a Notion Production Assistant — someone obsessed with working within bulletproof systems who knows that great creative starts with great operations.We're a performance-creative agency that delivers data-driven ad creatives for e-commerce brands, helping scale brands.

Our production system lives in Notion — and we need someone to help make it world-class.

What You'll Do:

You'll work directly with our Head of Production within the Notion system that powers our entire ad production pipeline.

- Build, maintain, and improve Notion databases, views, templates, and workflows
- Design filters, relations, rollups, and formulas to surface the right info at the right time
- Run daily pipeline health checks — no stuck tasks, no missing deadlines, no blocked work without a blocker
- Monitor Slack channels for approvals, feedback, and blockers — sync updates to Notion
- Flag discrepancies between Slack and Notion, and keep the source of truth accurate
- Help build dashboards that give the team instant clarity on workload, deadlines, and bottlenecks
- Maintain clean, up-to-date documentation for every process

About You

Must-haves:

- Notion power user — databases, relations, rollups, formulas, views, filters, templates.
- Passion for building and optimizing systems
- Insane attention to detail
- Clear written communication in English
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
- Available to overlap with EU working hours (CET)

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience with Notion automations or API integrations
- Familiarity with creative agency or ad production workflows
- Background in project management or operations
