We are an established, long-time medical device sales organization expanding our growing medical product offering. We are looking for a highly motivated, professional Appointment Setter to connect with medical practices across the United States.
CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Fluent, Conversational English
Because you will be speaking directly with doctors and busy medical staff, fluent, natural, and conversational English is the absolute most important requirement for this role. You must have a clear, confident phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly.

In this remote role, your primary objective will be calling medical offices, navigating gatekeepers (front desk staff and Office Managers), and scheduling 20-minute introductory Zoo
Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to medical practices to generate interest in our software platform.
Professionally navigate gatekeepers and identify the correct decision-makers (Office Managers or Doctors).
Schedule qualified 20-minute introductory meetings on our calendar.
Send follow-up and reminder
Accurately record all call activities, notes, and outcomes in Zoho CRM in real-time.
Requirements:
Communication (Top Priority): Excellent, clear, and highly conversational English with a friendly, professional, and confident phone presence.
Availability: Must be able to work 25 hours per week during standard daytime business hours in the US Pacific Time Zone (PT). With success, this role will advance to a full-time, 40 hours per week.
Experience: Proven B2B cold calling and appointment-setting experience. Experience calling into US medical or dental offices is a massive plus.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Zoho CRM to log all activities and manage your pipeline.
Mindset: Resilience to handle rejection, politely bypass gatekeepers, and keep a positive attitude.
Compensation:
This role offers a reliable base rate with highly motivating performance incentives. High earning potential for proven closers who can consistently put decision-makers on the calendar.
Base: $5.00 / hour (25 hours/week)
Appointment Bonus: $20.00 for every qualified appointment that successfully attends the Zoo
Deal Closed Bonus: $100.00 bonus for every sale that closes from an appointment you set.
