Position Overview
This role focuses on outreach and sales conversations to connect with potential clients and guide them toward booking discovery calls (sales calls for paid coaching services).
This is a sales-focused role centered on building trust, asking the right questions, and helping qualified individuals take the next step.
This is a part-time (10 hours/week during initial trial period), remote position, with the opportunity to increase hours based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential clients via DM, text,
Engage in authentic, value-driven conversations
Book qualified discovery calls (sales calls for paid coaching services)
Ask thoughtful questions to ensure leads are aligned before booking
Follow up consistently with leads and re-engage past conversations
Maintain organized tracking of conversations and appointments
Performance Expectations (During Trial Period)
2–4 qualified discovery calls booked per week
Consistent daily outreach and follow-up activity
Strong communication and responsiveness
Qualifications
Required:
Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and naturally in voice and text
Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based clients via phone
Experience with outreach, sales conversations, or appointment setting
Ability to build genuine, trust-based relationships
Strong organization and follow-through
Alignment with a faith-based mission and values
Preferred:
Experience in coaching, personal development, or similar industries
Familiarity with social media outreach (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Experience using a CRM or lead tracking system

Compensation
$7/hour (10 hours/week during trial period)
Performance-based incentives begin after the initial 2–4 week training and evaluation period
Ongoing bonus: $15 per discovery call that is attended and confirmed as qualified
