We are seeking a highly skilled, full-time Virtual Assistant with deep expertise in digital marketing, paid media, and analytics. This is a senior-level execution role for someone who can manage campaigns end-to-end, think strategically, and deliver polished, client-ready work with minimal oversight.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing & Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, building, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, while ensuring proper tracking, reporting, and performance optimization through GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

This role requires a strong combination of technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and creative execution, including the ability to design high-performing ad creatives using Canva.

Key Responsibilities:
• Paid Media Strategy & Execution
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
• Build campaign structures aligned with funnel strategy and client goals
• Continuously optimize campaigns for performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)

Google Ads Management:
• Create and manage search, display, and retargeting campaigns
• Write high-converting ad copy aligned with brand voice
• Optimize bidding strategies, budgets, and targeting
• Monitor Quality Scores and improve ad relevance

Meta Ads Management:
• Build and manage campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager
• Develop audience segments (cold, warm, retargeting, lookalikes)
• Test creative variations and messaging
• Optimize for conversions, leads, and engagement
• Tracking, Analytics & Data Integrity
• Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Implement and troubleshoot tracking for:
• Conversion events
• Pixels (Meta, Google)
• Form submissions, calls, and key actions
• Configure and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Ensure accurate attribution and data flow across platforms
• Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Create clear, client-ready performance reports (weekly/monthly)
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations

Monitor KPIs such as:
• Cost per lead (CPL)
• Conversion rate
• Return on ad spend (ROAS)

Creative Development:
• Design high-performing ad creatives using Canva, including: Social media ads, Display ads, Variations for A/B testing
• Collaborate with strategy team to align visuals with messaging
• Ensure all creative meets brand standards and campaign objectives
• Landing Page design and development
• Collaborate on landing page strategy to improve conversions

Provide recommendations for:
• Messaging
• UX/UI improvements
• Conversion optimization

Required Qualifications:
• 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid media management
• Proven expertise in: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models
• Experience designing ad creatives in Canva
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment
• Familiarity with B2B and industrial marketing
• Experience with landing page platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar)
• Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices
• Experience with Looker Studio or other reporting dashboards
