AI Video Content Creator (Freelance / Remote)

We are looking for a skilled AI Video Content Creator to produce high-performing product videos across multiple e-commerce categories.

About the Role

In this role, you will turn static product images into engaging, scroll-stopping video creatives using AI tools and editing techniques. Your work will directly contribute to paid advertising performance, meaning your videos should not only look good, but they should also drive clicks, engagement, and conversions.

You will work closely with our team to develop and iterate creatives, testing different hooks, formats, and styles to continuously improve results.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Transform product images into dynamic AI-generated videos
• Create both:
o Ad creatives focused on performance (hooks, problem/solution, benefits)
o UGC-style videos that feel native and authentic to platforms like TikTok and Instagram
• Experiment with different creative angles, hooks, and storytelling formats
• Produce multiple variations of each concept for A/B testing
• Optimize videos for social platforms (aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, etc.)
• Stay up to date with trends in AI video, UGC, and performance marketing

Requirements
• Experience with AI video tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Sora, or similar)
• Strong understanding of direct response / performance marketing
• Ability to create strong hooks in the first 1–3 seconds
• Experience with UGC-style formats and storytelling
• Solid editing skills (cuts, pacing, captions, sound design)
• Ability to work independently and iterate quickly

Nice to Have
• Experience in e-commerce brands or agencies
• Familiarity with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads creative best practices
• Basic copywriting skills (hooks, headlines, captions)
• Experience testing and optimizing creatives based on performance

Trial Assignment

As part of the selection process, you will complete a short trial assignment:
• Create videos for:
o Treadmills
o Cross trainers
• We provide all product images via a shared drive
• The instructions will also be provided via the drive
• The focus is on how well you can turn static assets into compelling video ads
