JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and creative Virtual Assistant with strong video editing skills to help transform raw video content into polished podcast episodes, clips, and visual content for online platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with podcasts, social media clips, and digital content creation, and who can take raw footage and turn it into finished content ready for publishing. The primary focus of this role is editing and preparing video content, with occasional support in organizing and repurposing content.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Podcast & Long-Form Video Editing
* Edit full podcast episodes and other long-form videos for YouTube and other platforms
* Clean up audio, pacing, and transitions
* Add intro/outro, branding elements, lower thirds, and basic graphics if needed
* Ability to create trailer / highlight videos of filmed content

2. Content Repurposing
* Create short-form clips, reels, and highlight videos from long-form content
* Identify strong ---------- nts for social media snippets

3. Thumbnail Creation
* Design engaging YouTube thumbnails aligned with brand style

4. Video Polishing
* Color correction, sound leveling, and final formatting for publishing
* Export videos in appropriate formats for different platforms

5. Client Highlight Videos (Occasional)
* Edit highlight reels or social media clips for client projects when needed

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
* Ability to build or assist with funnels in GoHighLevel
* Ability to create automated workflows in GoHighlevel
* Ability to convert video content into:
1. blog posts
2. newsletters
3. show notes
* Understanding of YouTube optimization (titles, tags, descriptions)

Ideal Candidate
* Experienced with tools like DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar
* Organized and able to manage multiple video projects
* Able to follow brand style and editing guidelines
* Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly
* Has experience editing podcasts, YouTube content and film content
