We are looking for a Day 1 Expert who has managed international stores on local European marketplaces from A to Z.

If you have never managed a store on Fruugo, Allegro, or eMAG, please do not apply. We will verify your experience.

The Role
As the Store Manager for LEKER PROJECTS LLC, you will take full ownership of our European expansion. You are expected to be the "Brain" of the operation, managing the business on complete autopilot with minimal supervision. Your goal is to scale our presence across Europe while maintaining high operational standards.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Direct Platform Expertise: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing stores on Fruugo ( ---------- ), Allegro, or eMAG.

Live Proof of Results: You MUST be able to perform a Live Screen Share during the Zoom interview to show us real-time dashboards, sales numbers, and management workflows of stores you have personally handled.

Technical Mastery: Deep experience with Shopify and integration tools like CedCommerce.

European Logistics & Compliance: Strong understanding of EU shipping requirements, tracking protocols, and VAT/Tax settings for international sellers.

High Accountability: You solve problems before they reach the owner’s desk.

Key Responsibilities:
Full Store Management: Handling everything from product research and listing optimization to order fulfillment and inventory sync.

System Automation: Setting up and maintaining "Autopilot" workflows to ensure seamless operations.

Logistics Coordination: Managing international shipping from the US/China to Europe and ensuring 14-day delivery windows are met.

Performance Scaling: Identifying growth opportunities and optimizing pricing for local European currencies.
