JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Short Form Talking Head Video Editor for our company. We specialize in epoxy floor coatings for residential and commercial projects (garages, warehouses, industrial floors, etc.) in Houston, TX.

We are actively growing our social media with organic content and are looking for a reliable editor who can deliver high-quality, engaging videos with a 24-hour turnaround.

This will begin as a part-time role, with strong potential to transition into full-time as we continue scaling.

You can expect 3–5 edits per week, or more.

Requirements:

-Fluent English (spoken and written)
-Experience with CapCut (PC preferred) or similar software
-Strong attention to detail (cuts, captions, sound effects, pacing, B-roll)
-Ability to create engaging, fast-paced content
-Positive attitude and coachable mindset
-Willing to learn about our industry (epoxy coatings, surface prep, tools, etc.)
-Ability to meet a strict 24-hour turnaround time

What we’re looking for:

Clean, modern edits with strong hooks
High-retention style (fast cuts, captions, zooms, sound effects)
Ability to make industrial content visually engaging
Understanding of short-form content (Reels / TikTok style)
