JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our fast-growing team as an Appointment Setter. Your role will be to engage with warm leads, build rapport, and book qualified appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospects through messaging platforms, email, and follow-ups
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Maintain clear records of conversations and updates in our CRM as well as KPI Tracker
- Meet daily and weekly booking targets
- Collaborate with team leads to improve scripts and conversion rates

Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English (near-native level)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
- Able to work during U.S. business hours (9am - 5pm PST)

Compensation: Make up to $1750 a month!
Base Salary: $250/month (paid $125 bi-weekly)
Commission: $50 per closed deal
Bonuses:
- 5 closes: $100 bonus
- 10 closes: $200 bonus
- 15 closes: $300 bonus
- 20 closes: $500 bonus

Example Earnings:
5 deals: $600/month total
10 deals: $950/month total
15 deals: $1,300/month total
20 deals: $1,750/month total

Payment Method: TransferWise or PayPal
