About Us

We're a fast-scaling e-commerce company operating portfolios of 7-8 figure DTC brands across the US, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Our brands are built in high-affinity consumer categories, and we run paid social at serious volume, which means our organic social presence needs to work just as hard.

The Role

We're hiring Social Media Managers to own and grow the social presence of our brands across assigned markets. Each hire will be dedicated to a specific market: US, Philippines, and Malaysia, and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day social operations of the brands within that region.

This is not just a scheduling role. You'll be expected to understand the audience, develop content strategy, manage the community where possible, and work closely with our creative and marketing teams to make sure social is pulling its weight in the overall brand ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing

Content & Channel Management
• Owning the social media calendar and posting schedule across assigned platforms (primarily Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook) for your market
• Developing and executing a content strategy that fits your market's audience- culturally relevant, platform-native, and on-brand
• Writing captions and social copy that reflects the brand voice while resonating with a local audience
• Coordinating with the creative team to brief, review, and publish visual and video content on time
• Staying on top of trends, formats, and platform updates relevant to your market and knowing when to use them and when to ignore them

Community & Engagement
• Managing comments, DMs, and mentions across all social platforms – where possible,
• Identifying high-value engagement opportunities - UGC reposts, brand advocates, community ---------- nts and acting on them
• Maintaining a consistent, human brand voice across every public interaction

Performance & Reporting
• Tracking key social metrics, such as reach, engagement, follower growth, saves, shares and reporting on them regularly
• Identifying what's working and what's not, and adjusting the strategy accordingly
• Feeding insights back to the creative and marketing teams - if something is performing organically, that's signal worth acting on

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves
• Proven experience managing social media for a brand not just personal accounts or one-off projects
• Deep understanding of your assigned market: the culture, the platforms people actually use, how they talk, what they respond to
• Strong written communication skills you write captions that sound like a real person, not a brand template
• Platform fluency across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook you know how each one works and what content performs best where
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and a content calendar without dropping the ball
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own priorities day-to-day

Strong Advantages
• Experience working with DTC, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
• Understanding of how organic social and paid media work together in a brand funnel
• Basic video editing or content creation skills the ability to put together a simple story or reel without always needing a designer
• For PH/MY markets: native or near-native fluency in Filipino or Bahasa Malaysia in addition to English
