Experienced Transaction Coordinator – Long-Term Opportunity with Growing Real Estate Operations Company
We are a growing transaction coordination company dedicated to delivering smooth, compliant, and stress-free closings for real estate agents and their clients. We are looking for a highly experienced Transaction Coordinator to join our team and manage full-cycle real estate transactions with excellence.

Non-Negotiable Requirements (Must-Haves):
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing California real estate transactions end-to-end (contract to close), including drafting offers, counteroffers, disclosures, and all required documents.
- Proven ability to independently and accurately manage 15+ pending transactions at once.
- Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST.
- Experience with transaction management software (OTC, Aframe or very similar platform).
- Familiarity with brokerage platforms such as KW Command, SkySlope, Glide, and others.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Forms, Zapier, and basic AI tools.
-Excellent written and spoken English with strong phone,
-Professional remote setup: reliable high-speed internet, backup power/internet, and dual monitors.
-Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, organization, and customer service mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage 15–20+ active transactions from executed contract through closing.
- Review contracts, disclosures, and documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate seamlessly with agents, clients, lenders, escrow, title, and vendors.
- Track all deadlines, contingencies, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and real-time status updates in our systems.
- Deliver outstanding support and communication to agents and clients.
- Proactively identify and suggest workflow improvements.
